Cheryl Gammon is a co-owner of Gammon & Drueck CPAs PLLC. She graduated from Cumberland University with a Bachelor of Science in business administration with a major in accounting. She was recognized in the Who’s Who publication and nominated by her professors for the Miss Cumberland title her senior year.
Cheryl began her career as a Revenue Agent with the Internal Revenue Service, where she gained valuable experience on how the IRS works through her role auditing individual, business, and payroll returns. In 1996, she worked as a staff accountant for Daniel and Associates, CPAs, and later that same year, she opened a single practice CPA firm. Cheryl and her current co-owner, Danielle, merged their practices in 2008.
Outside of her accounting practice, Cheryl has served on the Finance Committee at Hermitage UMC for over eight years and was chair for two years. She was the treasurer for WA Wright Elementary PAL's (Parent Organization) for 4 years. She is a member of the PHCC (Plumbing, Heating, Cooling Contractors) Auxiliary, Mt. Juliet Chamber of Commerce, and the Nashville Medical Group Management Association.
When not working, Cheryl enjoys boating, reading, biking, spending time with her family, participating in church activities, and practicing yoga.
Danielle Drueck, CPA
Partner
Danielle is a co-owner of Gammon & Drueck CPAs, PLLC, and she has lived in the Nashville area since 1992. She graduated from Troy State University with a Bachelor of Science degree and began her career as a Revenue Agent with the Internal Revenue service in Nashville, TN. In 1994, Danielle started her own practice with an emphasis on business and individual tax preparation and the administration of qualified retirement plans. She began sharing office space with Cheryl, her now co-owner, in 1995. Gammon & Drueck CPAs, PLLC was then established in 2008 when Danielle and Cheryl merged their practices.
Danielle has served as Treasurer and Assistant Treasurer of her church and Board Chair of the Mount Juliet YMCA. In addition, she is currently the Treasurer and CFO of the Mount Juliet Chamber of Commerce.
In her spare time, Danielle enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She has a passion for yoga and beekeeping, and her summers are spent floating on the lake.
Evan Watson, CPA
Partner
Evan operates in multiple departments within Gammon & Drueck CPAs, giving him the role of Tax & Business Advisor. As a graduate of Tennessee Tech University, Evan joined our team in 2015 after interning with Enterprise Holdings, Inc. and Kraft CPAs. He is passionate about his work with small business owners and focuses his efforts on educating his clients first. Evan obtained his CPA license in 2018 and is currently pursuing an MBA through TTU.
Evan is proud to live and work in his hometown as a Wilson County native. He is the President of the Mt. Juliet Noon Rotary, a Chamber Ambassador for the Mt. Juliet Chamber of Commerce, and he also participates in local young professional organizations. Evan and his wife, Rachel, welcomed their first child in April of 2019. Outside of the office or his home, he can usually be found on the golf course.
Brandon Compton
Staff Accountant
Brandon joined the Gammon & Drueck team in October of 2018 after beginning his career as a tax auditor for the State of Tennessee and then working as a tax accountant for Envision Healthcare. He graduated from Tennessee Tech University with a Bachelor of Science in accounting and is currently working towards obtaining his CPA license. Brandon was born and raised in Nashville and enjoys spending his spare time at the golf course, attending sporting events, and spending time with his friends and family.
Heather Cryer
Senior Tax Accountant
Heather joined Gammon & Drueck in November of 2018 after 7 years of working as a Tax Associate in both the entertainment and healthcare industries. Born and raised in Mount Juliet, TN, she graduated from Wilson Central High School and Middle Tennessee University with a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a major in accounting. When she’s not at work, Heather enjoys sporting events and spending time with her friends and family.
Brittany Webb
Staff Accountant
Brittany joined the Gammon & Drueck team in October of 2019 after starting her career as a bookkeeper in the country music and entertainment industry. She has worked with both small and large companies and has a diverse background in bookkeeping and accounting. Raised in Murfreesboro, she graduated from Middle Tennessee State University with a Bachelor of Science in public relations and a minor in business management. Here in the office, Brittany works with our clients on their general bookkeeping and month-end accounting tasks, payroll, Quickbooks training, and meetings discussing various needs. To further her accounting knowledge, she is working towards earning her CPA.
You can usually find Brittany trying out new and local restaurants with her husband Daniel, driving her dog Penelope around Mount Juliet, or spending time with her friends and family in the heart of Nashville.
Janet Hall
Senior Bookkeeper
Janet joined Gammon & Drueck as our Senior Bookkeeper in January of 2019. Born and raised in Lebanon, TN as the youngest of 6 children, she graduated in 1976 from Lebanon High School and married another Lebanon native, Charlie Hall. She attended Nashville State Tech and Volunteer State Community College taking a variety of accounting and technical courses that would begin her 30+ year career in accounting and eventually bring her to Gammon and Drueck! Janet is Quickbooks Online Certified and is also a member of the Middle TN Society for Human Resource Management.
Outside of work, Janet has four beautiful grandchildren, and she’s been raising her 4 year old granddaughter since her daughter passed away in January of 2018. She and her husband enjoy participating in the Middle Tennessee Jr Rodeo and Wilson City Saddle Club with all of their grandchildren. Janet attends Fall Creek Baptist Church and volunteers with VBS and other programs. She loves to dance, cook, ride gaited horses, and attend various antique car shows, horse shows, and rodeos.
Pam Kemp, CPA
Senior Benefits Consultant
Pam joined Gammon & Drueck CPAs in August of 2014 as a Retirement Plan Specialist. She has an extensive background working with qualified retirement plans. In the past, Pam served on the AICPA Employee Benefits Taxation Committee and the Employee Benefits Tax Technical Resource Panel. Prior to working exclusively with qualified plans, she did tax and write-up work for small clients, as well as some auditing work. Pam has lived in the Mount Juliet area since 1985 and is enjoying working closer to home.
When Pam is not working, she is usually singing with her chorus, Metro Nashville Chorus of Sweet Adelines International, or her quartet, Some Assembly Required. She enjoys reading, baking, and spending time with her two grandchildren, Sophia and Noah.
Lori Burch
Office Manager
Lori joined the Gammon & Drueck team as an administrative assistant in 2017. The work ethic and knowledge she brings to our firm is invaluable. In addition to her administrative duties, she provides support to our bookkeeping and TPA departments. Lori’s past work experience includes ten years as an Office Manager and Patient Care Coordinator in the Home Health Industry.
When Lori is not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband, her two beautiful girls, and her extended family. Her favorite hobbies include reading, hiking, and trips to the beach.

Bettye Lawrence
Administrative Aide
Bettye has worked with Gammon & Drueck CPA’s since 2008. She is an administrative aide, providing support to all staff and clients. Bettye always greets those that come through the front door with a smile. She answers calls and assembles tax returns as well as everything else needed to keep the office running smoothly.
Bettye entered the work force after raising her two sons. Prior to joining Gammon & Drueck CPA’s, PLLC she worked for many years in the insurance and financial planning field.
When she is not at work, you will usually find Bettye at her church, Victory Baptist, where she teaches the two year olds and sings in the choir. She has three granddaughters whom she adores.
